Here’s a fast and easy appetizer that’s perfect to offer with a glass of wine or champagne to your guests these holidays! A great finger food, and the baked bacon gives them a little extra pizzaz!
Mini Filo Shells
A few pieces of cubed bacon, pancetta or prosciutto, or halved cherry tomatoes (optional)
Pre-heat your oven to 350ºF.
Fill the Fillo Shells with the Spinach and Feta spread.
Add a couple cubes of bacon or pancetta or prosciutto on each shell.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is golden brown.
Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy warm!
