Handmade, with a non-traditional blend of pieces of Orange, Bitter Orange, Lemon, and Grapefruit floating in an all-natural syrup of sugar, water, and lemon juice - no preservatives or additives at all, just simple island sweetness. “Spoon Sweets” are that quintessentially Greek accompaniment to coffee, as you’re welcomed to someone’s home with a spoonful on a small plate. We love this Spoon Sweet as a topping for cheesecake, flan, panna cotta, yogurt parfaits, ice cream sundaes. Add it in your chia pudding, or your morning oatmeal, toast or bagel. Makes for a gourmet topping of crepes, pancakes, waffles and muffins. Try it as a refreshing base for shrubs or to jazz up your prosecco.
