This USDA-certified organic sea fennel (krítamo in Greek) is packed in an all-natural brine of water, sea salt, and organic vinegar. It is rich in minerals, phytonutrients, antioxidants and vitamins A, B, and C.
Tragano Greek Organics has chosen to work with the Skylakakis family, who is sustainably growing this highly-prized native of the Greek coastline. They hand pick and pack it in an all-natural brine to ensure it keeps its fresh flavor. Learn more about Mr. Skylakakis.

Why we love it
We love sea fennel in our salads, over baked fish, atop our tomato soup or in ceviche. Sea fennel is perfect to give a bit of flair to your favorite vegan or paleo creations. Use it as a lighter alternative to capers, in omelettes, or mixed with yogurt and garlic for a twist to traditional tzatziki.
How to use it
Add Sea Fennel to our recipe for REAL Greek Salad to give an island twist to this summer classic. Check out how Chef José Salazar created a Sea Fennel Ceviche just for us. There’s more: our friend, Panos, used it on his Oven-Baked Fish for Father's Day, and fan Anu is topping her lunch sandwiches with it! And finally, Mike's festive Mediterranean beet salad gives it a totally new twist.
