Citrus Lemon Marmalade



  • This traditional marmalade is handmade on the Greek island of Chios, famous for the unique citrus fruits brought centuries ago by the Venetians, using zesty lemons for a livelier taste than traditional orange marmelade.

    Importantly, there are no preservatives, additives, artificial flavors nor colorants.

    We love this Lemon Marmalade as a zesty sweet touch on our morning toast (pairs deliciously with ricotta), croissants, oatmeal, and yogurt. It's a tangy topping for cheesecakes, flan, panna cotta, in between layered cakes, in a PB&J. We even used it in our good old gin and tonic!
