    HOW TO USE IT

    We love the aroma and flavor of this unique blend of herbs - just breathing it in clears our mind and helps us relax. Steep a spoonful of leaves in a covered pot of hot water for 5-10 minutes and then strain. Add a spoonful of Greek honey to balance the bold herbal fragrances.
