Shipping Returns & Refunds


All orders ship for free and are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Depending on the billing address your order will arrive between 1 and 5 business day after shipping.


Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received a purchase to return it for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return for refund or exchange, your item must be sent back to us within 30 days of its delivery to you, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, and that return shipping is your responsibility.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate your return, please contact orders@shopzelos.com and indicate whether you would like a refund of the purchase price or an exchange. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for the price of your purchase, less original shipping charges, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are rejected, then the amount of your refund may be reduced based upon its condition and/or your failure to comply with this Policy, at our sole discretion.



We’re happy to help you with an exchange, depending on product availability. To make an exchange, email orders@shopzelos.com. We will process a return on your original item as set forth above, and place a new order for the exchange. You will receive a credit for the item you send back, and you will be separately charged for the new item. Exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase, and you will be charged for shipping of the replacement items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe you have received items that are defective or damaged, and you would like an exchange or refund, then send us an email at orders@shopzelos.com to initiate the return process. You may be required to send your defective or damaged items to us.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
