How can I change or cancel my order?

You have half an hour from the time you receive your confirmation email to change your order. Send us an email to orders@shopzelos.com and we will be happy to be of help.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We do our best to ship our orders on the same day we receive them. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the following day. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Depending on the shipping address, your order will arrive between 1 and 5 business days after shipping.

How can I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation will include your tracking number and a link that you can click on to follow your order’s progress. Prior to delivery, you will receive an “out for delivery” notification, as well as a confirmation of when your order will be delivered.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

We do! Shipping is free on all orders, no matter how big or small. We also ship all gifts for free. We believe in fully transparent pricing, with no hidden costs, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Do you deliver to PO Box/APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we do! We ship to all 50 US states and that includes all PO Boxes ad APO/FPO addresses.

How do I leave a gift note or special instructions for my order?

We love to prepare pretty gifts and handwrite your wishes. Leave us your gift message or special instructions in the special area in your cart. 

How can I gift wrap my order?

You can choose to gift-wrap your order, $5 fee, while at your cart. Please keep in mind that all our gift boxes, discovery combos and subscription boxes come already gift-wrapped.

Do you offer business gifts?

Yes we do, and we love it. Our premium gift boxes can be customized and personalized to best meet your needs, feel free to contact us at orders@shopzelos.com to discuss your tailored solution.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes we do, through a variety of wholesale platforms. You can find all the information at our Wholesale Page.

How do Zelos's subscription boxes work?

We have two kinds of Subscription Boxes, that have convenience and flexibility in mind.

Curated Subscription Boxes, where we put together a selection of our Artisans’ all-natural products and send them to you, or Make-Your-Own Subscription Boxes, where you can choose your favorite products and have them sent to you as often as you’d like.

  • Includes FREE SHIPPING.

What do the Curated Subscription Boxes include?

We offer two types of Curated Subscription Boxes, both of which include new products every month, easy recipes and the stories of our Artisans. They come GIFT-WRAPPED and ship for FREE, too!

Can I make/customize my Subscription Box?

Definitely! Craft your own deliciously authentic Greek experience by subscribing to four or more of your favorite products from our selection of all-natural and organic treats. When you get to checkout, add discount code CARE and we’ll take 15% off your order! You can also Subscribe & Save to one, two or three products and still save 5% of the regular price.

Can I gift a box? 

Absolutely! Our carefully curated Subscription Boxes give a regular, authentic Greek experience, featuring new products every month, easy recipes and the stories of our Artisans. They come gift-wrapped and ship for free, too!

Can I share a subscription?

We’re not able to split a Subscription to ship to two different addresses but here are some other ways you can share our Zelos Subscriptions:

  • Send to a friend: Gift a subscription to your favorite foodie, student or anyone else looking for ways to make cooking easy, flavorful & fun.
  • Refer your friends: GIVE 10%, GET 10%. Give your friends 10% off their first order of $25 and get 10% for each successful referral (You need to say how to do this. Just sign up for our Rewards program???)
  • Send a gift card, they never expire, and let them choose which Subscription Box to sign up form. 

How can I cancel/edit my subscription?

You can stop, skip or cancel your subscription whenever you want. At Zelos we want you to be in charge of your Greek culinary experience, so every time we get ready to ship your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email first. You can add something new to try, delete a product, skip the month or cancel the subscription entirely.

Why should I try your products?

You should try our products if you want an authentic Greek experience or if you are interested in clean eating. At Zelos we have 3 goals:
1. We want you to enjoy an authentic Greek food experience
2. We want you to trust in our products’ ingredients
3. We want to support our small batch artisans

What are your values?

Maria wanted to share with others her zēlos (“zeal”) for healthy and tasty Greek food and to give back to the land of her birth by helping authentic Greek artisans find their American audience. In her more than thirty years abroad, good food has always been a way of living a happy and healthy life, of offering love, of nurturing strong ties with family and friends.  With Zelos she shares her desire to showcase the flavors and drive that are modern Greece.

Where are your products from and what's in them? 

All our products are responsibly sourced from small producers and farmers in Greece and shipped to our warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. They are either certified organic or all-natural with no added artificial flavors or colorants, nor any preservatives or additives.
