They are packed with anti-oxidants and healthy fats and have a fantastic mild flavor without being too salty. Grown in the Halkidiki region of northern Greece, they are hand-selected and then packed in an all-natural brine of water, organic vinegar, and sea salt. Importantly, there are no preservatives, additives, artificial flavors nor colorants. These Greek green olives are perfect for cocktails, cheese boards or added to your favorite sauces and stews. You may just want to eat them straight from the jar, they're that good.
