  • 1 2/3 cups / 400g all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup / 100g walnuts, chopped (optional)

Instructions to make the Vegan Petimezi Cake

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a bundt pan or a cake tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the petimezi, orange juice, olive oil, and sugar until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
