1/2 cup finely grated cucumber
1 cup thick full fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Sparoza Greek Granny’s Tzatziki Mix to make it easy.
Alternatively, use:
1 tbsp lemon juice plus the zest of one lemon,
1 grated garlic clove,
1 tbsp chopped dill
1/4 tsp salt
Squeeze the grated cucumber in a paper towel to remove as much of the water as possible so the dip isn’t too runny. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and then fold in the cucumber. Chill until ready to serve - it’s that easy! I
