    This aromatic eggplant dip from Elli & Manos is a perfectly balanced mix of eggplant, sun-dried tomatoes, and red peppers, with no added water. As versatile as it is delicious, it's our Mediterranean alternative to sour cream or guacamole dips. With 65% roasted eggplants, there are no artificial flavors, colorants or preservatives. Think of it as Greek eggplant dip, melitzanosaláta mezéappetizer, in a jar!

    HOW TO USE IT

    Serve this eggplant dip straight into a bowl as a healthy, flavorful dip for baby carrots, vegetable crudités and pita chips or crackers. The spreadable texture makes it delicious in sandwiches, wraps, and even on a flatbread. Try it on your bruschetta, too! Importantly, there are no artificial flavors or colorants, nor any preservatives or additives, so do give a good stir if needed before using.
