Sylvia's veggie flatbread

When our friend Sylvia sent us a scrumptious picture of the snack she did with her Tragano Capia Peppers and Kalamata Olives, we just knew we had to share it with the Zelos community (and yes, that’s her original picture!).  Sylvia brought a Greek twist to her family’s usual pizza night with this fast and easy recipe that also makes a delicious, healthy snack…a veggie delight that kids and adults alike will enjoy.  Thank you, Sylvia!

Ingredients for Sylvia's veggie flatbread

Storebought flatbread(or make your own!)

1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese

1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 jar of Tragano Greek Organics Kalamata olives, sliced in half lengthwise

2 whole Tragano Greek Organics Capia peppers, cut into strips

I c. mixed field greens

1/2 tsp. oregano

Make the veggie flatbread 

Preheat your oven and pizza stone to 450 degrees.

Rub the flatbread with the split garlic clove and then drizzle over it a bit of extra virgin olive oil.

Arrange the field greens on the flatbread.

Sprinkle the feta and mozzarella on top of the greens.

Arrange the pepper strips and olive slices on top.

Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and oregano.

Bake about 12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
