These roses are so fragrant that they are the natural choice to use in this special dessert. The petals are picked in the early morning, before the summer heat flares up, and delicately cleaned. They're then quickly preserved in a simple all-natural syrup of sugar, water, and lemon juice. No additives - just pure rose flavor. Enjoy it alone or as a topping on yogurt, ice cream, desserts, or with a cheese plate.

HOW TO USE IT

We love this rare Spoon Sweet on its own so that we can indulge in its unique, delicate taste and texture.
