This traditional marmalade is inspired by the unique citrus fruits brought centuries ago to the island of Chios by the Venetians. It is handmade with a refreshing blend of Orange, Bitter Orange, and Grapefruit. Its balance of sweet and tart flavors take it beyond the typical orange marmalade you may have tried before. Importantly, there are no preservatives, additives, artificial flavors nor colorants.
We love this Triple Citrus Fruit Marmalade as a refreshing touch on our morning toast, croissants, waffles, oatmeal, and yogurt. Its sweet and tart flavors make it an especially unique topping for cheesecakes, flan, panna cotta, in between layered cakes…even PB&J! Try it instead of the usual quince jam with your aged cheese and fine wine.
