Spicy Trahana, Handmade from Agrozimi

Trahana, traditional Greek pasta gets a flavorful twist with tomatoes, onions and leeks, spiced up with a dash of red pepper and basil. Made with the durum wheat flour, our spiced trahana is vegan, naturally dried and hand-shaped. Trahana can be eaten hot or cold, as a quick snack, hearty side dish or flavorful soup. Importantly, there are no preservatives, additives, artificial flavors nor colorants.

HOW TO USE IT

Trahana is as versatile as any other pasta. We make a delicious Risotto-Trahanoto that you can find on our blog. We also use it in crustless pies, like our Filo-free Pumpkin Pie recipe. You'll also find a recipe on the inside of the label.
